The Executive Director leads a team of 14 full-time staff operating the Home. They comprise:

• 2 Supervisors (responsible for overseeing the general operations of the Home and supervising the care-giving staff),
• 4 Care-giving staff,
• 2 Caseworkers (responsible for looking into the child’s emotional, psychological and developmental needs),
• 1 Executive Assistant (responsible for general administrative and office matters)
• 3 Support staff (responsible for general maintenance in the Home, cleaning, and laundry),
• 1 Cook, and
• 1 Driver
